Do you need a Legionella Risk Assessment?
The safe control of legionella bacteria in rented residential properties is monitored and enforced by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE). PORTABLE APPLIANCE TESTING (PAT)
Do you need an EPC?
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required, by law, for the sale and letting of all residential properties in the UK. Raeburn Property Services conduct Domestic Energy Assessments on behalf of clients in order to produce EPCs. These can usually be carried out at short notice and at competitive rates.
